Speaking to even a small group of people – especially clients – can be very difficult. Few people are truly good at this. It's more like some are just less terrible than others. You get less terrible at it by doing it more. Which is why larger shops have account executives, and even entire 'new business' departments. But we creatives still get pulled into the presentation teams anyway, so not much way out of it. Here are some tips for making what can be a dreadful experience into fun. (Okay, at least less dreadful.)
